What does the "Position" value do?
When KGen is scanning words in the document, he counts the number of different words. When he record a words, he associate him an array of it's positions in the document. The position value is a the average position of the different occurences of the word in the document.
According to the KGen authors, this value could be used by search engines as a subsidiary criter for the document relevance.
